Imagine the gentle caress of a bird’s wings on the sensitive head of your penis. The action end of Man.Wand Evo’s exciting new penis vibrator wand from Betty’s Toy Box is described as “soft silicone wings.” These flutter rapidly like hummingbird wings when the toy is turned on. Five patterns and five intensities range from soft feathery caresses to a peck on your pecker. You’ll take flight with the especially powerful crescendo level, which gradually increases the intensity. It leads me directly to orgasm.
Man.Wand Evo is eight inches long, light weight, and sports a comfortable, easy grip handle. Three control
buttons are easy to access on one side, with a USB recharging spot on the other. The handle vibrates, but not unpleasantly for arthritic hands. Evo emits a soft hum when turned on. While the hum increases as intensities increase, it’s never loud.
Viewed in profile the bulbous head evokes a bird’s beak in shape. It is open at one side to accept your penis, flaccid or erect. The other side has a smooth, rounded crown that also vibrates. Stimulation comes from holding it in place and altering the patterns and intensities to find the perfect combination. Addition of a high-quality lube provides icing on the cake.
Evo is fun to use solo and partnered. Although I’ve seen the bulb part promoted as a clitoral stimulator, my vulva-owning partner did not find it compelling. However, she greatly enjoyed using this toy on me! The rounded crown aroused my nipples and scrotum. Then when she held it in place around my penis on my frenulum while I moved to my rhythm, we made magic!

In 2024, I told you about a documentary being made about me: “Want to be interviewed in a film?” So much has happened since then! Deirdre Fishel and her talented crew visited me three times, seven days of filming total. They filmed me working on my Senior Planet column, doing media interviews, consulting with a senior with sex questions, even teaching my line dance class — and most lately, getting married on July 23, 2026!
My private life was also filmed: from mundane things like washing my face to sexy highlights of enticing Mac to an afternoon delight. (Don’t worry — clothing stayed on, at least while the camera was running!) We did multiple interviews, and you’ll learn plenty about my life; my feelings; my views on aging, grief, and sex; my commitment to senior sex education. Mac was also interviewed, so you’ll get that side of the story, too.

The film is almost done, and I’m thrilled about it! But here’s the thing: it has become extremely difficult for independent films to get grants and other funding, despite the filmmaker’s stellar reputation and the quality of this movie. This has slowed down completion of the film. JETT TURBO is an odd-looking sex toy. It consists of a flat “plate” attached to a long cord that bifurcates into two plugs. The plugs insert into two bullet-like motors that share a stretchy sleeve-like “crest.” The crest is “the room where it happens.”
